Surrending of Ranks  

To all Red Cross Cadets,

Please be informed that there will be a meeting on Monday (28 March 2011) morning, 6:50AM, at the NE Gallery, to surrender your ranks to me. 
*If you didn't surrender your ranks, you will not get promoted on Friday, 1 April 2011. (From Alvin Sir)
